* 1 cabbage

* 250 g rice

How do you prepare cabbage stuffed with rice and onions?

In a saucepan with salted water, cook the rice. Drain and let cool to room temperature.

Saute the onion in a skillet with oil, add the almonds and let it saute well. Once well cooked, add to skillet and stir in cooked rice. Add sugar, raisins and salt-pepper to taste. Add a little hot water to cook rice, incorporating herbs and cinnamon, stir and let cook everything to simmer for 20-25 minutes. The rice should be without water, but if you see him run out during cooking, add a little more water.

Put a large pan of water on the fire, 8-10 removed the outer leaves of cabbage leaves carefully so as not to break, wash well and put them in boiling water for 5 minutes.
